Promotion questions sellers ask

Short answers first. The full answer is one tap away.

No. It quotes only promotions that are running, and every amount in a reply is checked against your prices and offers before it’s sent.

They apply together only if each allows the other. If not, an order discount skips items already on a product discount, and the bigger of two order discounts applies. When two cover the same product, the buyer gets the lower price.

Yes: a number of units at that price, and a number per buyer. Units are held when an order is placed, and come back if it’s cancelled or after 24 hours if the buyer never confirms.

The most any order can be discounted, set once for the whole shop. When offers add up past it, the transfer discount is cut first, then order discounts; product prices are never cut.

No. There are no codes: a running promotion applies by itself to every buyer it covers.
