Before a reply leaves

Draft“The black Pro X1 is 229 MAD this week, and only 3 are left.”

  • 229 MAD isn’t a price in this chat: Pro X1 is 254 MAD after your −15%

Sent“The black Pro X1 is 254 MAD this week, and only 3 are left.”

  • 254 MAD: your price after −15%
  • Only 3 left: your stock says 3
  • Black: one of this product’s options

A draft that fails goes back with what to fix and is rewritten, up to twice.

How a reply gets out

Checked against your shop, and handed to you when it should be you

Three moments

Where a reply can promise too much

Not on purpose. On a busy evening, with ten chats open and the stock in a notebook.

One switch flips the three moments.

  • “Is it still −15%?”

You scroll back to the promotion post to check the price, then type it between ten other chats.

    Answered 40 minutes later

The amount is checked against your price and the running promotion before the reply leaves.

    254 MAD · checked
  • “Are there many left?”

You glance at the notebook, or say “last one” to hurry the buyer, and the shelf says otherwise.

“Last one” · 8 on the shelf

“Only 3 left” is checked against your stock, or the promotion’s own count, before it goes out.

    Checked against stock
  • “It arrived broken.”

You read it late, between orders, and promise a refund to calm things down.

A promise made in a hurry

By rule it promises no refund, replacement or pickup. The chat comes to you, and the agent goes quiet.

Before it leaves

What every draft is checked against

Thirteen checks, against your prices, your stock, your promotions, your catalog and the order itself, before a reply leaves.

  • Amounts

Any amount next to a currency, or after “total”, is checked against the prices, fees, discounts and totals in this chat; a price next to a product, against that product’s.

    254 MAD · Pro X1 after −15%
  • “Only N left”

Checked against your tracked stock, or against a promotion’s remaining count.

    Only 3 left · stock says 3
  • “Free”

A piece called free while its discount is capped or partial is caught.

    −50% is not “free”
  • Dates and statuses

Once a buyer has an order, “shipped”, “delivered” or a delivery date is checked against its status and dates.

    Shipped? The order says Confirmed
  • Products and options

A product named comes with its card, and a size, colour or flavour the product doesn’t have is caught.

    XL? It comes in S, M, L
  • The order of a checkout

Asking the city before the cart holds something, a quiz while a delivery detail is pending, or a question for the third time, is caught.

    Cart first, then the city
  • Never, by rule

No discount you didn’t set, no “the money arrived” before you mark it, no refund, replacement or pickup promised, nothing your catalog doesn’t say.

    Written into the agent
  • Rewritten, or cut

A draft that fails goes back with what to fix and is rewritten, up to twice. When a reply runs out of steps, sentences with unchecked amounts or dates are deleted.

    Up to 2 rewrites

FAQ

Guardrail questions sellers ask

Short answers first. The full answer is one tap away.

It is told never to offer a discount you didn’t set, and every amount in a draft is checked against your prices, fees and promotions before it leaves; a draft that fails is rewritten. No check is perfect, so every chat stays in your inbox.

A post it can’t place, a request your rules don’t cover, a buyer asking for a person: the chat comes to you with a notification, and the agent goes quiet there.

Any time: tap Take Over and the agent waits until you tap Return to AI. It also pauses for an hour whenever you write to a buyer, from GoSmooth or from the WhatsApp or Instagram app.

Yes, live replies go out around the clock. Reminders and marketing wait: never between 21:00 and 09:00 in your shop’s timezone.

They get two buttons, Stop messages or Keep chatting. After Stop, the agent stops replying to them and sends no reminders or marketing, only updates on their order.
