No. Only comments it reads as a purchase, a question or a complaint, at least 60% sure, get a public reply, and at most 15 an hour per shop. Spam gets none.

No. One DM, only for purchase intent at 70% or more, 30 to 120 minutes after the comment, and not if the person wrote to you in the last 24 hours.

Not today. Replies post on their own, without an approval step; each one shows in Comment Monitor under the comment it answered.

Meta allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days. The agent sends at most one, and drops it after 6.5 days, shown as “DM window expired”.

No. It’s tagged Escalated in Comment Monitor, but no notification is sent, so check that filter.
